When the county employment bureau finds that there is a problem with the title evaluation materials, it immediately reports the case to the public security organ. After the public security organs filed and investigated the case, Zhu Ang was not willing to lose everything in front of him, and at the same time, he was afraid that his affair with Xiong was exposed, so he reported to Xiong and formed an offensive and defensive alliance in an attempt to evade legal sanctions.

In January 2019, in order to get closer to Zhu Ang and hoping to get Zhu Ang's "care", Deng Mou, a personnel of a construction company, gave Zhu Ang a "meeting gift" of 20,000 yuan in the café, and at the same time discussed that Zhu Ang would use his power in his hand to handle the title qualification certificate for Deng through illegal procedures, and promised to give Zhu Ang a "benefit fee" of 600,000 yuan.
Under the temptation of money, Zhu Ang lost himself and lost his bottom line. What is even more "crazy" is that Deng no longer needs to submit any declaration materials for the certificate, only the personal information and photos of the certificate personnel, and Zhu Ang takes advantage of the fact that no one is at work to print out the certificate and hide it at home.
In March 2019, Zhu Ang had not yet received the 600,000 yuan "benefit fee" promised by Deng, and was investigated and punished by the Discipline Inspection Commission of Chengkou County. In the end, Zhu Ang, who had just passed the age of establishment, was sentenced to five years in prison and fined 300,000 yuan.
