According to Li, she is studying at a university in Beijing, and the school has begun winter vacation on January 15, and she wanted to play in Beijing for a few days, so she booked a high-speed rail ticket to return to Yantai, Shandong Province, on January 23.
As the epidemic situation in Beijing changed, Li was worried that he would be quarantined when he returned to Yantai and wanted to go home early, so he changed his ticket to the G1085 train on January 18.
In the early morning of January 18, Li came to Beijing South Railway Station and took the G1085 train back to his hometown.
However, the train that was originally distributed at 8:43 still showed no signs of starting. Li saw that some passengers in the carriage were walking around to pass the time, and some passengers were brushing videos.
Subsequently, the attendant told the passengers in the same carriage of Li that the train had not been departed because there were people involved in the epidemic on the train.
