On January 18, 2022, Zhang Shiqiang, secretary of the party group of the Chengdu Disabled Persons' Federation, went to Pengzhou to carry out a visit to the disabled people in difficulty, and Chen Wei, director of the Propaganda department of the Chengdu Disabled Persons' Federation, and Yi Yanhua, secretary of the party group and chairman of the Pengzhou Disabled Persons' Federation, accompanied the visit. Secretary Zhang and his entourage successively visited Andi Town (street) such as Jiuzhi Town to comfort Fu Ruinan, Liu Yuanhui, and 10 other families with disabled people in difficulty, and sent them condolences such as money and rice, noodles, and oil, wishing them a happy New Year. In the process of condolences, Secretary Zhang exchanged cordially with friends and relatives with disabilities, learned more about their current production and living conditions, major difficulties and the policy of helping the disabled and disabled, and hoped that under the care of the party and the government, they would strive to overcome difficulties and face life in the sunshine.

The third is to take advantage of the favorable opportunity at the end of the year and the beginning of the year to scientifically plan the work of the disabled in 2022 as soon as possible, solidly promote the practical projects of people's livelihood such as the "inter-provincial general office" of the disabled certificate, effectively solve the problem of the disabled people's "urgency, difficulty and expectation", promote the comprehensive and coordinated development of the cause of the disabled, and share the fruits of social development for the disabled.
