In order to popularize the development of swimming sports, improve the swimming level of our city, and enhance the physical and mental health and physical fitness of citizens, on the morning of October 24, the 2021 Shanghai City Amateur League "Create Excellence enjoy quiet competition" International Jing'an Elite Challenge "Lotte Beauty Cup" Shanghai enterprise and institution swimming competition was held in the Jing'an District Sports Fitness Center. Chen Xinwu, a fourth-level researcher of Jing'an District Sports Bureau, Zhang Qi, deputy head of the Social And Sports Department of Jing'an District Sports Bureau, and Wang Wei, chairman of Shanghai Meizaichen Sports Management Consulting Co., Ltd., attended the award ceremony.
The competition set up a 50-meter freestyle, 50-meter backstroke, 50-meter breaststroke, 50-meter butterfly and team men's and mixed 4x50-meter freestyle relay in the men's and women's groups of individual competitions, attracting more than 20 teams from various enterprises and institutions in the city, nearly 200 players, competing in the pool and showing their style.
Under the current situation of normalization of epidemic prevention and control, the venue also strictly implements various epidemic prevention measures, and when signing in, each team member is required to provide a "health commitment letter", measure body temperature, and show the health code and itinerary code on the spot, and after the verification information is passed, they can enter the competition venue to ensure the safety of the participants and on-site staff.
Due to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, this competition is a zero-spectator competition, but the atmosphere of the on-site competition is still warm. Every participant went all out and fought hard, and the event was full of excitement and good results. After a morning of exciting competition, the top 3 of the 29 projects were decided. The Commission presented trophies, medals and prizes to the players and representatives.
The successful holding of this competition not only enhanced the exchange and interaction between the employees of the district organs, enterprises and institutions, but also enhanced the cohesion, centripetal force and combat effectiveness of the teams of organs and enterprises, better promoted the development of swimming sports in the whole region, effectively promoted the vigorous development of sports work, and led more swimming enthusiasts to join swimming fitness activities.
