Title Jin'ao Mountain picturesque Xuan No. 2
Song Pan Chaoying
The spring tide sets at haimen mountain, and hundreds of boats fly together on oyster beach.
The fish returned to Noshi, and the mandarin gulls and herons set over the sunset.
Background: This is a poem by Song Pan Chaoying. Jin'ao Mountain is in Shanghai, and this poem should refer to jin'ao mountain in Zhang'an Town, on the north bank of the Jiaojiang River in Taizhou City, because it looks like a big turtle in the distance, also known as Golden Turtle Mountain. Legend has it that Emperor Gaozong of Song and his talented daughter Li Qingzhao both climbed Mount Jin'ao to write poems. The poem describes a country bazaar at sunset.
Translation: The tide recedes at dusk, and hundreds of boats compete to cross the river, near the beach. After the fish and shrimp are divided, they are returned to the village market. At this time, the sunset shines on the gulls and herons on the river, and it flies until it disappears into view.

Source: This product is the shell of the oyster family Long Oyster, Dalian Bay Oyster or Omi oyster.
Origin: Jiangsu, Fujian, Guangdong, Zhejiang, Hebei, Liaoning and Shandong coastal areas.
Sexual taste: salty, slightly cold; return to the liver, gallbladder, kidney meridian.
Effect: Calm the nerves, submerged yang tonic, soft and firm loose knots.
The "Compendium of Materia Medica" records: "Soft and firm phlegm, clear heat and dehumidification, stop temper pain, diarrhea, red and white turbidity, eliminate hernia masses, and tuberculosis." ”

Consumption of oysters

1. Steamed oysters with minced garlic
Ingredients: Oysters, vermicelli casually, minced garlic, soy sauce, chopped green onion to taste.
Steps: 1: Wash the fresh oysters clean, open the shell and divide the sides. 2: Soak the vermicelli and rinse well. 3: Spread the oysters on the vermicelli and minced garlic and steam for 15 minutes. 4: Sprinkle with chopped shallots and cooked oil.
2. Oyster chicken
