Martin Luther King Jr. is an African-American who has fought for black fair rights for the shortest 39 years of his life, the most iconic of which was a commemorative speech delivered at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C., on August 28, 1963 – I Have a Dream.

"A hundred years later, blacks are still shrinking into the corners of American society and realizing that they are exiles in their homeland. We are gathered here today to bring this appalling situation to light. ”

But 100 years later, 58 years later, have blacks living in the United States been given their true civil rights?

On May 25, 2020, George Floyd, an African-American man, was killed by white police officers with knees pressed to death, triggering a wave of demonstrations around the world. Thousands of people marched today in the streets of cities across Europe and Asia in solidarity with the "Black Lives Matter" activist movement.

"I dream of a day when the valley rises, the mountains fall, the bumpy and tortuous road becomes a smooth road, the holy light is revealed, and the world is full of light."

Hopefully, one day, Martin Luther King Jr.'s wish will come true
