In order to actively integrate into and serve the national "double carbon" strategy, firmly grasp the strategic development opportunities of Yunnan Province to build a world-class "green energy brand", promote the realization of the company's "14th Five-Year Plan" strategic development goals, and promote the company's new energy business to become bigger and stronger, it is agreed that Huize Yunneng Investment New Energy Development Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, will invest in the construction of the first phase of the Admiralty Wind Farm Project, with a total installed capacity of 350MW and a total investment of 2.355 billion yuan (including 10.5 million yuan of working capital).
According to the construction conditions of the first phase of the Admiralty Wind Farm, the construction scale of the wind farm is 350MW, and the annual equivalent full load hours are 2522h. The total construction period of the project is 19 months.
