Associate Professor Xing Lida, who is in charge of the investigation, has been an iron fan of "Doraemon" since he was a child, and naturally has also watched "Movie Doraemon: Nobita's New Dinosaur", also because there is a bridge section named for dinosaurs in the film, and decided to let Nobita realize his wishes in the real world through this method.

The naming is spelled in Latin grammar, with the letter "i" suffixed to Nobita '(のび太)' name in Nobita ( のび太 ) , thereby expressing the image that the name of the dinosaur fossil is a human name.

In fact, the story content of "Doraemon" is also not lacking in dinosaur-related themes, such as "Nobita's Dinosaurs" released in 1980, which is directly related, and the short story "Discovering Dinosaur Footprints" (天竜の足あと発見), which can be said to be one of the reasons why Associate Professor Xing Lida will be in love with "Doraemon".
