At this NPC, I brought our hometown Zhaotong apples, our Zhaotong apples have been famous in the world, Zhaotong apples have led us Zhaotong people to get rich and develop, I believe that this "golden fruit" will lead us Zhaotong people in the future, and become more and more stable on the road of rural revitalization.
At this NPC, more attention is paid to rural revitalization, new infrastructure, medical security, etc., and plans to put forward suggestions on the setting of China-Laos railway stations and the supply of national centralized procurement drugs around the above contents.
The gift I bring to this npc is fresh cut flowers. The planting area, output and output value of Jinning cut flowers rank first in the province, seven branches of the ten cut flowers in the country are from Yunnan, and seven branches of the ten cut flowers in Yunnan are from Jinning, and Jinning has become recognized as the largest county of flowers in Yunnan.
At this NPC, I will pay special attention to the two issues of school epidemic prevention and control and "double reduction" work. After investigation, some primary schools in Chenggong District do not have full-time school doctor positions, and most of the people engaged in health care work are part-time teachers. Under the care of governments at all levels, the staffing capacity of school doctors has gradually increased, but the gap is large. The "double reduction" work is a systematic and complex work, involving all aspects, requiring multiple co-governance and comprehensive policies to form a synergy. It is recommended that the government multi-department, upper and lower linkage, coordinated publicity, and the whole society work together to further promote the "double reduction" double rise work and develop in depth.
The special gift I brought to this NPC is the list of winter vacation tasks under the "double subtraction" of our school. Our school designs a list of winter vacation tasks and distributes it to each student online. The purpose of the design is to create a happy life for teachers, students and parents with the educational concept of "embracing happiness today and happiness tomorrow".
My main concern is how to better integrate the construction of rural spiritual culture in rural revitalization, the follow-up guarantee policy for the people who are difficult to relocate, the construction of the talent team, and the supporting policies of the three-child policy.
During the General Assembly, I am also prepared to submit proposals for improving the relevant service policies for relocation settlements. In the process of visiting, some people reflected that there is a need for the construction of activity centers for the elderly, children's play areas, "skill supplementation stations", holiday children's homes, opera hobby clubs, community mutual help groups, etc., and it is necessary to improve relevant service facilities for relocation and resettlement sites. I hope to get more help and love in this regard.
