Shi Moujun, male, Miao, born in February 1968, Yuanling, Hunan, joined the Communist Party of China in June 1990, joined the work in July 1991, university degree, master of agricultural extension.
Public information shows that he has been studying and working in Hunan Province for a long time.
In September 1987, Shi Moujun went to Hunan Agricultural College to study crops in the Vocational and Technical Normal Department, and four years later, he worked in the Academic Affairs Office of Hunan Agricultural College, and from then until 2017, he worked in Hunan Province for 26 years.
During his work in Hunan Province, he successively served as the director of the Vocational Education Department of the Hunan Provincial Education Commission, the researcher and deputy director of the Rural Affairs Department of the Political Research Office of the Hunan Provincial Party Committee, the deputy director of the Comprehensive Research Office of the General Office of the Hunan Provincial Party Committee, the director of the Comprehensive Research Office of the Political Research Office of the Hunan Provincial Party Committee, the deputy inspector of the Political Research Office of the Hunan Provincial Party Committee, the deputy mayor of Changde City, Hunan Province, the standing committee member of the Standing Committee of the Changde Municipal Party Committee, the director of the Organization Department, the director of the United Front Work Department, and the director of the Research Office of the Hunan Provincial Government.
