In the work of changing the two committees of Taopu Town, Yang Lubin, assistant to the general secretary of the party branch of the Cherry Blossom Garden Residential Area, is mainly responsible for the investigation of the situation of the "five categories" of party members in the Lotus Apartment community. When carrying out the survey, Yang Lubin and the staff of the neighborhood committee first collected relevant information by telephone and WeChat, and confirmed the information by means of household verification for the elderly, infirm and indigestible party members. Yang Lubin also verified and summarized all the information, and accurately and efficiently completed the work of mapping out the situation of the "five categories" of party members.
In addition, Yang Lubin also participated in the preliminary recommendation of candidates for the new committee members, resident liaison, venue security, vote counting, etc., becoming an important member to ensure the smooth progress of the change of office.
Epidemic prevention and control work
In August 2021, Taopu Town set up a centralized health observation point, as party members Yang Lubin and Dong Zhikui actively responded to the call, opened the "5 + 2, white + black" work mode, and rushed to Putuo District to concentrate on health observation in Taopu.
At the centralized health observation point, Dong Zhikui and Yang Lubin need to receive quarantined personnel transferred at the airport to assist in registration and check-in. Because the time for quarantined personnel to reach the observation point is uncertain, the two are often on 24-hour "standby".
In addition, Dong Zhikui and Yang Lubin also undertook a large number of daily tasks such as the minutes of the daily morning meeting at the observation point, the docking of airport transfer dispatches, and the collection and submission of information on quarantined personnel. Although the content of the work is trivial, they strictly control every detail, ensure that every piece of information is accurate, and use practical actions to contribute to the construction of the "copper wall and iron wall" of Taopu epidemic prevention.
