A little-known war: the 14-nation coalition invaded and surrounded on three sides, fought hard for four years, and returned with a fiasco

In the history of modern warfare in the world, many unknown battles have broken out, and these battles have gradually been used by people and are not much mentioned because of their small scale or small impact. When it comes to which countries the Soviet Union fought wars with, I believe that most people only remember the Soviet-German confrontation in World War II, and there seems to be no impression of the battles between the Soviet Union and other countries. In fact, the Soviet Union also had a little-known war, when Britain and France wanted to gather a 14-nation coalition to invade Soviet Russia and form a three-sided encirclement of Soviet Russia, resulting in four years of bitter fighting and a fiasco.

Antecedents

When Soviet Russia was born, its domestic power was unstable, and in order to consolidate its power, it signed a treaty with Germany in the First World War and withdrew from the struggle of the First World War. The Soviets got themselves out of trouble, and when Germany received the territory ceded by the Soviet Union, it shifted its targets elsewhere. However, while buying itself respite, the Soviet Union also offended other countries that fought against Germany in World War I, prolonging the war that could have ended earlier. Therefore, the countries led by Britain, France and the United States decided to unite with 14 other countries to punish Soviet Russia.

Launch an offensive

In fact, there were not 14 attacks on Soviet Russia at all, mainly Britain, France, the United States and Japan. After deciding to invade Soviet Russia, these countries sent their respective armies to attack Soviet Russia from different directions, and even united with the White Russian forces in Soviet Russia to divide Soviet Russia. Some of the Allied forces landed in the far East Sea, launched an attack on the northern part of the Soviet Union, robbed the rich natural resources there, and sent people everywhere to investigate the existence of mineral resources in order to carry out further plunder.

Some Allied troops also landed from the north and south of Soviet Russia, forming an encirclement and attack on Soviet Russia. In the face of the arrogance of the Allied forces to launch aggression, the Soviet and Russian high-level officials were very angry about this and actively called on people to participate in the Red Army against the invading army. As the size of the Russian Red Army continued to expand, the operational superiority gradually emerged. However, the British, French, American and other invading armies did not last long because of the end of the First World War, and many soldiers quickly returned to the battlefield before they could recover their combat effectiveness, resulting in their fighting mood not being particularly high.

Failed miserably

Because the Soviet Union withdrew from the First World War in time, it gave the soldiers below room to rest, so the combat effectiveness was also relatively strong. When the Soviet Union rapidly grew the Red Army, the arrogant invading armies also began to be a little tired, and were quickly repelled by the Soviet Red Army. Due to the large population of Soviet Russia and the rapid expansion of the Red Army, the Allied forces could not make an effective counterattack, and finally had to choose to withdraw. The Russian army fought a bitter battle with the invaders for four years, and the purpose of the invading army to destroy the Soviet power was finally shattered, and it ended in a disastrous defeat.

The invading armies of Britain, France, the United States and others originally wanted to teach the Soviet Union a lesson, but what they did not expect was that the lesson was not given, but on the contrary, they consumed a lot of their national strength. Soviet Russia, under the guidance of the Soviet regime, went farther and farther, and finally achieved a strong Soviet Union.
