Li Jiping is the principal of Nanxingqu Primary School in Jingkai District, Zhangjiakou City. In December 2019, Tian Lijun "stood out" at the first Ice and Snow Games in Hebei Province, one person won two gold medals in the cross-country skiing and skate short distance events of the men's group B of the society; in 2020, he won the first place in the provincial ice and snow league skating competition, the third place in the speed skating competition, the second place in the land curling competition team, and the third place in the second ice skating competition of hebei Province.

Wang Xinquan, since 1997, has been in contact with roller skating and has been engaged in roller skating, ice and snow related work, for several years as a first-class roller skating social sports instructor, a first-class skating social sports instructor, a speed skating senior coach; speed skating, freestyle skating, roller skating, roller skating obstacle course level 1 referee.
In 2009, he formed the Shijiazhuang Power Block ST roller skating team to participate in provincial and national roller skating competitions and achieved excellent results; since 2009, he has organized nearly 100 competitions, driving the cultivation of a large number of roller skating and skating enthusiasts; in 2016, he organized the first shijiazhuang primary and secondary school roller skating competition; in 2017 and 2021, he served as the head coach of the Hebei Roller Skating Team for two consecutive National Games, and won a gold medal and a bronze medal for Hebei Province. As a physical education teacher at Nanzhuangzi Primary School in Zhanggang Township, Xiongxian County, Gao Dan added a lot of ice and snow knowledge to the teaching content on the basis of completing normal teaching tasks on weekdays, and guided more students to learn ice and snow sports. In April 2021, Gao Dan, who majored in aerobics, participated in the creation of the first set of ice and snow aerobics in Xiongxian County, integrating a variety of ice and snow characteristics such as skating, skiing, roller skating, pulleys and land curling into his works. The coverage of this set of creation exercises in primary and secondary schools reached 100%, and 110,000 primary and secondary school students participated in ice and snow sports.
