On January 16, Guoguang Electric Appliance announced that it signed a joint venture agreement with Zhidu Shares and Zhidu Group to jointly invest in the establishment of a joint venture company, Guangzhou Zhidu Universe Technology Co., Ltd. (tentative name, the final name of the industrial and commercial registration shall prevail), with a registered capital of 20 million yuan, and Guoguang Electric Appliances, Zhidu Shares and Zhidu Group accounted for 10%, 48% and 42% of the registered capital of the joint venture company respectively.

Guoguang Electric Appliances and Zhidu Shares are both listed companies, and the cooperation between the two has attracted a lot of market vision. In particular, Zhidu Group is also the indirect controlling shareholder of Guoguang Electric Appliances. Zhidu Group, Zhidu Shares and their co-actors hold a total of 140 million shares of Guoguang Electric Appliances, accounting for 29.9978% of the total share capital of the latter, and are the largest shareholders of the company. Among them, Zhidu shares directly hold about 53.85 million shares, accounting for 11.50% of the total share capital of Guoguang Electric Appliances.
