She is the daughter of Li Kenong, a famous Chinese general and known as the "SPY King of the Communist Party", and has made indelible contributions to the cause of cancer in China.

From 1914 to 1917, Li Kenong studied at the famous church school in Wuhu at that time, and also the birthplace of the Xinhai Revolution in Anhui Province, Shengya Church Middle School, and was educated and influenced by progressive ideas.

In 1927, Li Kenong was wanted on suspicion of reactionary kuomintang government, resulting in him not returning home for ten years. Li Bing looked at the strange man in front of her, her heart was full of mixed feelings, and she happily pounced on Li Kenong's body.
After returning home, Li Kenong called Li Bing to his side and gave her a pocket watch.

In 1975, at the 305 Hospital of the People's Liberation Army, Premier Zhou was rushed to the operating room due to the recurrence of bladder cancer, and Li Bing was urgently appointed premier for surgery.
