In ancient China, because of the constraints of various factors on women, women could only stay in the high-walled compound, teach each other and become vassals of men. And in such a social environment, women who can still leave their names in Chinese history will have something very unique.
Among the Han people, there are stories of heroines such as Hua Mulan serving in the army for her father and Mu Guiying, and among the Mongols, there are also stories of Mandu Haiketun going into battle to kill the enemy.

Mandu Hai married
The Mongols are a very important ethnic minority in the process of promoting the development of Chinese history. In the mid-to-late thirteenth century, Genghis Khan established the Great Mongol State. On this basis, Kublai Khan established the great unification of the Yuan Dynasty, which was the first unified dynasty established by ethnic minorities in Chinese history.
Because during the reign of the Yuan Dynasty, social contradictions intensified, and the people at the bottom revolted one after another. In the mid-to-late fourteenth century, Zhu Yuanzhang established the Ming Dynasty in Yingtianfu. Subsequently, he led the army in the Northern Expedition. Genghis Khan and Kublai Khan's descendants were forced to retreat to the north of the desert and establish a Northern Yuan regime here to rule the Mongol regions.
At that time, under the rule of the Northern Yuan, there were about 60,000 people, who lived in different tribes. The supreme ruler of the regime, called the Khan. The Khan directly ruled over more than 10,000 people in the tribe. The people of other tribes were governed by tribal kings who were crowned by the Khan.
Mandu hai, is the daughter of a chieftain of a large tribe. Since she was a child, she has admired those famous heroines in history, and she also hopes that she can be as famous as these heroes. Therefore, she always mixed with boys, learning political and military skills.
As early as soon as Manduhai was born, her parents were engaged to her, and the other party was the prince of the Horqin tribe. When the two reach adulthood, they can get married. But before the wedding date of the two arrived, things changed.
One day, mandu sea to the steppe on horseback, she met the Mongol khan's crown prince Mandu Gul. The crown prince fell in love with Manduhai and decided to marry her.
In Mongolia, khans had supreme power. As the next khan's crown prince, Mandu Gul, he naturally also had a lot of power. In desperation, Manduhai's parents and fiancé King Korqin did not dare to oppose the prince's words, so they had to marry Manduhai to the prince.
The difference between Manduhai and the crown prince was twenty-two years old, and the prince Mandu Gule had already married the main chamber and several concubines. Therefore, Manduhai was no longer willing, and could only be a concubine of low status in the prince's backyard. After marrying, the young and beautiful Manduhai was soon favored by the prince and gave birth to two daughters.
Soon after, the old Khan died and was succeeded by the crown prince. At this time, the prince's main chamber had died of illness. The new Khan who succeeded to the throne needed to choose a person in his side chamber to be crowned empress of the Mongols, "Kötun".
The Mandu Sea, whose mother's family was powerful and favored by Mandu Gule, was established as "Kedun". After becoming Kotun, Manduhai helped the khan govern Mongolia and gained the respect and love of the tribal princes and people.
Marry the seven-year-old "Little Khan"
Five years later, Khan Mandu Gul died of illness. However, he had no heirs. Therefore, who will inherit the khan's throne becomes a very important question.
Mongolia has always had a tradition. The new heir can inherit all the assets of the previous generation of heirs, including cattle, sheep and livestock, gold and silver treasures, and also the side chambers of wives and concubines. According to this custom, whoever becomes the new khan will marry Mandu Haykordun.
Usually, it was the man who decided at the court who was the heir, and then admitted to marrying Ke Dun back. In fact, however, it is the complete opposite. Because Mandu Haykedun has the support of a very powerful mother's family, she is also loved by the people in the tribe and has a high right to speak.
Therefore, those who wanted to become the new khan came to propose to Manduhai. That is, whoever Manduhai marries can become the new khan. Surprisingly, among the many candidates, Cotun chose Batumunk, who was only seven years old.
Manduhai's reasons for choosing Batumunk are simple. First of all, if you want to become a khan, you must have the blood of genghis Khan's family. Batumunk is a direct descendant of Genghis Khan, the Ancestor of the Yuan Dynasty, and has a very noble royal bloodline.
Second, the old Khan died, and the Mongol regime was unstable. Choosing a powerful tribal king to become the new khan is likely to endanger the stability of the Mongol region. Choosing Batumunk eliminates this risk.
Therefore, although Batumunk is a descendant of Genghis Khan, his family has declined and his parents have died. He was just an orphan and did not have a strong family support. In this way, he had to rely on the Mandu Sea in order to sit firmly in the khan's position.
In this way, the thirty-three-year-old Mandu Haykdun married the seven-year-old Batumunk and became his wife. Although the two have an age difference in their twenties, they have gradually cultivated deep feelings in the process of getting along.
During this marriage, Mandu Haykordun had a total of eight children for her "little husband". Most miraculously, twins were born three times. This was very rare at the time. Mandu Hykorton was therefore also regarded by the people as a "person of good fortune" and loved her even more.
Establish a legacy and be known for future generations
After becoming Kotun of Batumunk, Manduhai had a platform to use her political talents. She has been educating and leading Batumunk, teaching him how to handle government affairs and how to manage the army. Under the influence of the Mandu Sea, the new Khan set up a lofty ambition to "unify Mongolia and restore the Great Yuan Dynasty".
Tribes living in grassland areas often clash over resources such as aquatic weeds and pastures. Some tribes have even formed feuds as a result. As the largest ruler of the Mongolian steppe, the Mongol Khans also had many enemies.
Soon after the new Khan Batumunk took office, he began a war to conquer the enemy tribes. On the battlefield, in order to ensure the safety of the young Khan, Manduhai packed him in an quiver bag and took him with him to protect.
For many years, Mandu Haykordun personally went into battle to kill and crusade against the enemy. In the end, the tribal leaders such as Wa thorn and Yi Simain were successfully eliminated, and Mongolia was unified, and the prosperity of "Mongolian Zhongxing" was realized.
The people of Mongolia know that their beloved Mandu, Hykordun, played a role that could not be ignored in the process of unifying Mongolia. In order to express their love and reverence for Cotun, they built several statues for Körden.
To this day, Mandu Hykorton remains a great hero in the hearts of the Mongolian people. They admired Codon's intelligence, fearlessness and fearlessness. Gratitude to Körden for his great contribution to the unification of the Mongols.
