At the 2022 Tokyo Modification Show, which opened on January 14, Nissan officially released a special edition model of Jinke, which is positioned as a small SUV, co-built with the American outdoor sports brand Columbia, with a limited edition of 500 units.
In terms of appearance, the new car continues the overall design of the ordinary version of the model, mainly in the details of the slight adjustment. The body paint of this special edition model adopts a very outdoor sports feature of green, and blue decoration is added to the interior of the front V-shaped grille to embellish it, looking more youthful and stylish.
The side suspension roof with blackened rims creates a nice sporty atmosphere, and the C-pillar and the rear of the car are also affixed with Columbia brand nameplates, which is a very trendy element. In addition, the official also launched a joint sleeping mat and tent, providing users with a more comprehensive range of peripheral accessories.
The interior of the Nissan Jinke Special Edition model is also consistent with the regular version, the biggest change is the addition of Columbia's co-branded "seat cover" in the front seats, which further highlights its outdoor sports identity, and the new car is also equipped with front/rear seat back pendants for greater convenience.
In terms of power, with reference to the current model, Nissan Jinke is equipped with a third-generation HR15 all-aluminum 1.5L naturally aspirated engine with a maximum power of 124 horsepower and a peak torque of 147 Nm, and the transmission system matches a 5-speed manual transmission or a Nissan XTRONIC CVT continuously variable transmission. However, it is worth mentioning that according to the "e-POWER" tail tag and electronic retainer bar, the new car is expected to be equipped with Nissan's e-POWER power system.
