Guo Xiaolong, zi Lingyun, studied under the famous chinese calligraphy seal engravers Shen Peng, Liu Bingsen, Xiong Boqi, Li Gangtian, and has been studying the art of calligraphy and seal engraving for more than 40 years, and is good at calligraphy, line, li, seal and other calligraphy, especially small kai, seal and seal carving.

He is currently the deputy secretary-general of the China Oracle Art Society, the deputy secretary-general of the Old Professor Art Center of the Chinese Academy of Fine Arts, the member of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, the Gansu Calligraphers Association, the member of the Prefecture-level Artists Association, and the vice president of the Ganquan Printing Society.

His works have been included in the exhibition "Gansu First "Dunhuang Cup" Calligraphy Seal Engraving", "Gansu Province Fourth Young and Middle-Aged Calligraphy Seal Engraving", "The First Talent Display Works of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting" and other major exhibitions and won many awards, in 2005, he participated in the "Eagle United Cup" World Peace International Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition jointly organized by the China Book Association, the China Artists Association, the Calligraphy Newspaper and the China Calligraphy and Painting Newspaper, and won the first prize in the adult calligraphy group, and in 2007, the seal engraving works were included in the "National Printing Society Invitation Exhibition" held by the Xiling Printing Society.
