In order to ensure the high-quality completion of this project, the undertaker FangSeda County has established a guarantee mechanism for this purpose, with the Gesar Office as the lead and guidance unit, and the artists and well-known experts from nine universities such as the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and the "Gesar" of the five provinces and regions involved in Tibet as academic consultants to conduct overall demonstration, guidance and supervision of the project construction, and select national and provincial non-hereditary painting creation teams.
