Last fall, I went to Fangshan, Beijing, to visit Mr. Hua Daping, a professor at the Graduate School of the Ministry of Nuclear Industry. Professor Hua knew that I was going, and had already prepared the historical materials stored in my home. I have to say that the information in Professor Hua's home is really complete, there are 7 large copies of the "Ai Xin Jue Luo Genealogy" in 1937, there are his great-grandfather, the famous calligrapher Bao Xi in the late Qing Dynasty when the photo of the ancestral home, the photo of Bao Xi eating with PuYi and Pu Jie, and the portrait painting of Zai Run for Zai Tao, etc., are all precious, this is an exclusive historical information, which is not available on the Internet. It is a great honor for me to be able to show it to me. Professor Hua was inherited from the line of Duoduo, prince of Yu.

Duo Duo, the Prince of Yu, was the fifteenth son of Nurhaci, the grandfather of the Qing Dynasty, and one of the eight iron hat kings of the early Qing Dynasty. Dodo's great celebrities are well known, so naturally I don't need to repeat them. Duo Duo had eight sons and a large number of descendants, such as Jin Ruiying, former president and editor-in-chief of the People's Political Consultative Conference Newspaper (singer Ai Xinjueluo Mei is his granddaughter), Professor Huang Hengshun of Yunnan Nationalities College, and famous painters Jin Hongjun, Jin Dajun, and Jin Wanjun brothers. Mr. Yi Feng wrote an article detailing the story of the Yi family, which is a descendant of the fourth Fang Chani under the dodo throne. Here I am telling the story of the Baoxi family.

Bao Xi Zi Zhongming, also known as Rui Chen, also known as Shen Zhen, the name of the room du Xing An, is a descendant of Duo Duo's second son Doni, the minister of law and anti-smoking affairs in the late Qing Dynasty, and an adviser to the Presidential Office of the Republic of China, whose calligraphy value has now risen to the level of cultural relics. The title of Prince of Yu was hereditary, passed from Duoduo to the second son Doni, and then to his grandson Ezza (renamed Prince of Xinjun, and later posthumously the Prince of Yu), and the title of Eda was located in the fifth son Dezhao. Dezhao had nineteen sons, of whom the second son was named Hua Ling and the fifteenth son was Xiu Ling, the Prince of Yu. Hua Ling gave birth to nine sons, except for the first son Yue Xing'a and the ninth son Fenglin, the rest of the sons died early. Fenglin was born from Dezhao's fourth son Rui Ling, so Hua Ling only had the first son Yue Xing'a to inherit, and the descendants of this branch changed their surname to "Hua" to form the current Hua family.

Yue Xing'a had only one son, Hai Lang Tai (海郎泰), the second son of Hai Lang Tai (海郎泰), the first son Shengqing (受庆), Zi Yingyun (字應云), and Zi Ci Nong (号次農), who had served as the deputy capital of the Imperial Household Bureau; the second son, Hai Lang Tai (海郎泰), was the second son, Zi Jiefu (字介甫), who served as a guard at the Qianqing Gate. He was born with four sons, the first son, Kui Jing (桂景), the first son, Zi Yuncha (字云槎), who was the head of the Zongren Mansion; the second son, Kuirun (桂Run), Zi Lianyun (字練云), xingzhai (号星斋), and Shangshu (官至礼部尚書); the third son, Kui Yu (桂郁), zi wenxuan (字文轩), was a cabinet attendant; and the fourth son, Kui Huang (字聚之), served as a second-class bodyguard and consul. He is childless and is succeeded by Kui Huang.

Bao Xi was originally the second son of Kui Yu, who succeeded his uncle Kui Jing, the eldest brother Bao Xian had no heirs, and the younger brother Bao Zhong died early, so Bao Xi was actually two rooms in chengqi. Among his contemporaries, Kuirun had a son named Bao Ming, who was the guardian minister of the Qing Dynasty, and Kui Huang had a son named Bao Rui, who was the head of the Zongren Mansion. Bao Xisheng had seven sons, namely Zhi Geng, Zhi Qing, Zhi Lin, Zhi Guang, Zhi Heng, Zhi Zhen, and Zhi Yi, and all seven brothers had official positions, ranging from the eldest to the smallest; Bao Ming had a son, Zhi Ci; Bao Rui had a son, Zhi Xin; and both of them were also officials. Since the beginning of the Qing Dynasty, the Hua family has as many as 18 officials, four generations of descendants and great-grandchildren, and almost everyone has an official position, which is rare in the entire history of the Qing Dynasty.

In ancient times, there were usually no families out of the five suits, so not only the sons were ranked in the long and young, but also the grandchildren and great-grandchildren were usually ranked together, commonly known as the "big ranking". The same is true of the Aisin Kyora family, but with the loss of the original family tree, to this day, few descendants can say how the older generation ranks are. The fahrenheit family's big ranking has also become an unsolved mystery. It is clear that there are two people in the Hua family, four in the Kui generation, three in the Baozi generation, and nine in the Zhizi generation. But it is not clear how many people below the Zhizi generation are.

According to the Genealogy of Ai Xin Jue Luo, Zhi Geng had four sons, namely Hua Yu, Hua Yu, Hua Xin, and Hua Gong; Zhi Qing gave birth to a son, Hua Yi; Zhi Lin gave birth to three sons Hua Ke, Hua Yu, and Hua Xi; Zhi Ci gave birth to two sons Hua Shu and Hua Yu; and Zhi Ci gave birth to a son Hua Si. Among them, Hua Yu (華慜), the character Minzhi, is Professor Hua's father.

According to Professor Hua Daping, there are 18 of his fathers, Bao Xi's grandchildren (male only), and the youngest eighteen was born in 1931; this means that Bao Xi has at least 18 grandchildren and nephews. However, the above-mentioned "Genealogy of Ai Xin Jueluo" only records that there are 9, Zhixin's son Hua Si was born in 1933, and according to Hua Si's descendants, there are follow-up and join the ranking, Bao Xi's grandchildren should have 21, Hua Si ranked 2. The ranking is clear, Hua Yi is the eldest, Hua Ke is the third oldest, Hua Ke is the fourth old, Hua Shu is the fifth old, Hua Yu is the old sixth, Hua Yu is the eighth, Hua Yu is the old nine, Hua Xi is the fourteenth, Hua Xin is the sixteenth, Hua Gong is the seventeenth, and the eighteenth is the fifth son of Zhi Geng, which is not recorded in the Genealogy. I visited the other descendants of the Fahrenheit family, and I didn't know which room the others came from and what their names were. In addition, there are 12 granddaughters of Bao Xi, and only 5 have clear names and provenances.

In any case, the descendants of the Fahrenheit family are also influential in modern society. Hua Yi, also known as Hua Zhishen, is a professor of qu art at Nankai University in Tianjin, a famous contemporary opera educator and playwright, who has cultivated a large number of drama scholars such as Ning Zongyi and Wang Zhongde, and his academic ideas have been studied by future generations. Hua Chu's deep lover Huang Xiangqi, a native of Qingdao, Shandong, whose ancestral home is Changle, Fujian, and his grandfather Huang Shisun and father Huang Xiaoshu are from the Shuxiang Mendi. Hua Ke, also known as Hua Chenzhi, is a professor of the Department of Chinese of Sichuan University, a director of the China Guo Moruo Research Association, an advisor to the Lu Xun Research Society of Sichuan Province, and an important founder of the literature and art research of the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression in Sichuan University. Hua Yu, also known as Hua Junyu, and his lover Qu Chuanchen are educators. The Qu family was also an influential family in Shanxi, inventing the bill of exchange. Hua Shu (Chinese: 華許; pinyin: WángZī), was a famous calligrapher, seal engraver, and ceramic artist of the time.

The next generation of hua zi generation is Professor Hua Daping's generation, and there is also Hua Rong, the son of Hua Junyu, who is one of the top ten photographers in the country; Hua Huan is a professor of the Nuclear Science Academy of Beijing Normal University. In the next generation, there are also elites engaged in civil servants, university professors, scientific research and other industries. Bao Xi's old residence is in Beijing's Datianshuijing Hutong, and generations of Fahrenheit descendants who have come out of the old hutong continue to play this bloodline glory.
