Not far from the ship passing through Gezhou Dam, it is the world-famous Three Gorges Dam Project. The boat passed through wuxia and sailed smoothly for a while, and the most dangerous and spectacular Qutang gorge in the Three Gorges arrived. The tour guide said that among the Three Gorges, if Xiling Gorge can be described with a "Jun" character and Wuxia can be described with a "Qi" character, then Qutang Gorge can only be described by a "dangerous" character.
Where is this gorge? The risk is steep in narrow walls and sharp waves. When the vast Yangtze River flows here, only more than 100 meters wide is left, and the narrowest point is even less than 100 meters. It is this kind of wave again and again, tens of millions of times of repeated and tenacious and persistent impact, actually the two sides of the hard as iron steep as a sharp stone wall, "gnawed" out of thousands of ravines and ravines, countless eye holes, just like the earthworms carved out of the soft soil of the wonderful pattern! This mysterious and enormous illusionary power of nature is incredible!
In the face of the magnificent scenery of the Qixia Furious Waves in front of me, many ancient poets chanted poems of the Yangtze River from time to time. The White Emperor City is located on the White Emperor Mountain in the eastern corner of Fengjie County.
