Torture only reached its peak during the Ming and Qing dynasties, and the famous Ming and Qing Ten Tortures each made people panic after listening, the most famous of which was Ling Chi and riding a wooden donkey. These tortures were frightening, and lingchi alone would cost the victims more than three thousand knives. You can't die yet, you have to kill the executioner when you die.
After the Republic of China, most of these cruel tortures were abolished. In the Kuomintang government, Dai Kasa, the head of the military command's secret service, reinvented some punishments, although it was not as fierce as a thousand knives, but it was enough to make people's legs go weak. One of them is the "Tiger and Leopard Spring" invented for Japanese female agents.
Tiger and leopard frolic spring is to put the executioner in a sack, and then throw the mouse and cat in together, and seal the bag. Cats and mice are natural enemies, and the executioners will light a string of firecrackers outside, and the frightened rats and cats will naturally dig holes everywhere to escape, so that the female agent in the bag will naturally be torn and full of wounds.
After a set of procedures, these agents are already scarred. What is even more painful is that the executioners will sprinkle salt and vinegar on these wounds. In an instant, these spies were in pain, and they begged for forgiveness one after another, otherwise they would bear more new punishments.
