Cherry Yuzu Old Fashioned
Preparation method
1. Add ice cubes to the wine glass and set aside;
2. Put a wine-stained cherry into a shaker and mash;
3: Add 60ml of bourbon whiskey, 20ml of cherry grapefruit juice and add 2 drops of bitter essence
4: After stirring well, add ice cubes and mix them 3 to 4 times with the blending method;
5: Strain the mixed wine into a glass and add an appropriate amount of soda
6. Decorate with orange peel and wine-stained cherries and finish!

1, pour 30ml of cherry brandy, 30ml cognac, 30ml of espresso and 15ml of syrup into the handheld milk foam machine, add 1/4 spoon of wheat protein powder;
2. Use the fast pressing method to fuse the protein powder with the wine;
3. Pour into the shaker, shake and evenly;
4. Strain into a cocktail glass
5. Decorate with mini rose petals and finish!
