Recently, a demon-like indie game "Infernax" announced its trailer, scheduled to be released on Valentine's Day on February 14 this year, including PC, PS4, Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S.
The Castlevania series began to gain fame with the 8-bit machine, and its gameplay style and visual aesthetic were borrowed, from Shovel Knight to Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night, and now Infernax is the new successor, more like the Castlevania trilogy of the early FC era.

A return to the console style of the 80s, Infernax has the popular menu style and HUD design of the past, and the sprite images that appear in it are also reminiscent of some of Nintendo's early black box FC games, and the side-scrolling way of playing, including the soundtrack, is almost exactly the same as that of Castlevania 2.
The game also takes place in a fantasy castle with dungeons and many bosses. The game's publicity mentions open worlds, but how it behaves is unknown. Publisher The Arcade Crew, in its simple trailer, emphasizes that the game has dozens of side quests, and that the ethical system affects the game's ending.
