According to the News Network of China News Network, the total investment of the Ningxia Chuxin Integrated Circuit Industry R&D Center project is 400 million yuan, covering an area of 50 acres, and the current investment is 200 million yuan to implement the first phase of the project. The first phase of the project will build three surface mount (SMT) production lines and one integrated circuit packaging production line, mainly producing wireless hotspot filter modules, RF front-end modules, integrated RF switches and filters, and 4K ultra-short-range LED projectors, which are mainly used in smartphones, tablet computers and in-vehicle storage. At present, 2 Weiwei assembly production lines and 1 multi-chip packaging line have been installed and debugged, and trial production will begin on December 24, 2021, and will be officially put into production on January 12.
After the project is put into operation, the full output can produce 33 million chips per year, including wireless hotspot filter module, Switch8T, Switch4T, RF front-end module, integrated RF switch and filter and 4K ultra-short-range LED projector and other about 520 million products, the first year output value is expected to reach 400 million yuan, contributing 15 million yuan in taxes.
