On the phone, the customer service specialist said that according to the relevant regulations, the platform can not continue to be used, otherwise it will affect Ms. Chen's personal credit, he can help Ms. Chen to cancel, Ms. Chen agreed.

According to the guidance of customer service tips, Ms. Chen opened the point loan transfer in the online banking APP and transferred the loan to her designated "official" account, and the customer service said that if the transfer was successful, a refund could be arranged. After several operations, Ms. Chen's account has been showing that the cancellation failed, but she has made 3 transfers under the guidance of the other party, totaling 1 million yuan. At this time, Ms. Chen suddenly woke up, found that she had been deceived, and immediately reported to the Baotaqiao police station of the Gulou Public Security Bureau.

After receiving the police, the Baotaqiao police station quickly carried out investigation and successfully froze more than 600,000 yuan of the other party's account for the first time. After meticulous work, the police colluded this case with another telecommunications fraud case that occurred in our city during October 2020. Through a joint investigation, the police locked the suspect Qu Mou and rushed to Chengdu on January 2 this year to arrest Qu Mou.
