"Hong Liangqiong, a young woman in literature and art after the 80s, is an authentic Li ethnic group, who once went to college in Chongqing, returned to Sanya after graduation, and spent 13 years to keep an eye on the traditional culture of her hometown.
Since 2008, Hong Liangqiong and a group of like-minded partners have been carrying bags and walking through villages after work in search of local folk artists. By telling the stories behind the marginalized and forgotten local traditional skills, languages, songs, etc., they call on more people to pay attention to and protect the excellent local traditional culture that is gradually forgotten.
In the past 13 years, Hong Liangqiong and her team have visited dozens of villages in Sanya City and even the island, excavating and recording one after another almost stubborn stories of perseverance with lenses and words, and helping villagers to regain the excellent traditional culture of the nation through training, injecting cultural connotation into the construction of Sanya's beautiful countryside, and letting the culture take root again.

Two like-minded people come together
At the age of 19, Hong Liangqiong became the pride of the village and went to college in his hometown to study tourism management at Chongqing Technology and Business University. In 2006, after graduation, confined to the concerns of his parents, he resolutely returned to his hometown for employment and achieved a middle and high-level position in a local five-star hotel in Sanya. Many people will ask, how does the tourism management profession intersect with the "intangible cultural heritage" culture? Here we have to mention one person, that is, Hong Liangqiong's lover Fu Tianzhi.
Like Hong Liangqiong, Fu Tianzhi is a child of the Li ethnic group, and because of this, the two have the same hobby - they like to ponder the traditional culture of the Li people. In 2008, Hong Liangqiong was pulled into a QQ group to learn Li Wen by his friends, and the group often discussed the inheritance and protection of some traditional Culture of the Li people, which may be a key step to change the trajectory of Hong Liangqiong's future life.
At that time, the "group leader" was Fu Tianzhi, a music teacher at a school in Sanya, who and a few like-minded friends often launched offline cultural exchange meetings out of their own pockets, because the cost was limited, and the place of the exchange meeting was naturally very random: the restaurants, cafes, cold drink shops, etc. of the group friends, when there were few people, a few chairs could complete an in-depth exchange.
"That summer, I attended the first exchange meeting to learn the Li script, and I thought it was incredible that there was a group of people doing something that seemed inconspicuous, but it was very remarkable." Hong Liangqiong said that she understands and loves her own ethnic group and culture, and with the development and progress of society, the traditional skills and culture of the Li people are gradually disappearing or marginalizing, and she feels very sorry and hopes that the long-standing culture can be protected and passed on.
The network is on the line, and the interest is very close. Fu Tianzhi and Hong Liangqiong both turned from netizens to friends, after work Fu Tianzhi will organize group friends to collect wind research in the village, go to the most remote Li villages in Sanya Jiyang District and even other cities and counties in Hainan, go to the village to find traditional craftsmen, non-genetic heirs, excavate the traditional culture of the Li people, at that time there was no smart phone, SLR camera, a voice recorder and a book is his wind collection equipment.
Hong Liangqiong also joined the "root-seeking" team, wading through the mountains and wading through the water, searching for roots and asking for ancestors, in the process of searching, she saw the traditional skills of the Li people she was familiar with when she was a child, heard the original Li songs, saw the rough or exciting Li dance, and also more convinced that it is meaningful to do this.

Hong Liangqiong has a tenacity in her body, and she has started a thing and will not give up lightly. Since 2008, she and her lover Fu Tianzhi have done their jobs while insisting on cultivating in the "wheat field" of "intangible cultural heritage", and their "root-seeking" team has grown from a few people in the first few to more people later, and they will also assist the relevant functional departments in Sanya to collect, record and report on some intangible cultural heritage projects.
In 2018, Hong Liangqiong made a decision to give up his job and set up Sanya Lisai Cultural Communication Co., Ltd., focusing on the excavation and inheritance of local "intangible cultural heritage", and the company's office is located on Yingbin Road in Jiyang District. Do it, register a company, recruit employees, dock projects... With 10 years of exploration and precipitation, she has done her work well.
Over the years, she and her team have always been committed to the collection, collation and promotion of Hainan's native ethnic culture, involving folk tales, folk songs, proverbs, riddles and various folk activities, covering production, life, prayer, etc., and often assisted the Sanya Municipal People's Art Museum and the Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Center to carry out a series of research work on the Li Qianling Double Knife Stick Dance, Bamboo weaving and rattan weaving skills and other projects and assisted in sanya's "Intangible Cultural Heritage" declaration.

Hong Liangqiong also took the initiative to give full play to the team's professional planning ability, and organized content training in Li language, Li Wen, Li Jin, Li Tao, Li traditional musical instruments, Li song and dance in beautiful villages such as Jiyang District for many times, and truly let the traditional culture of the Li people take root. He created various Li ethnic elements of literary and artistic programs and performance activities, organized the team to participate in various performance competitions and competitions inside and outside the island, and won many honors.
Its team also focuses on music creation, and has launched dozens of Li songs such as "Meet on March 3", "The Same Year Is Not Close to The Relatives", "Harvest Song", "Guests from Afar", "Birds Fly", "A Glass of LiJiashan Lan Wine" and other dozens of Li songs are deeply loved by the public. Among them, "Gathering on March 3" was awarded the "Five Ones" Excellent Spiritual Product Award of Hainan Province by the Propaganda Department of the Hainan Provincial Party Committee, and won the Excellence Award of the Hainan Dialect Song Creation Competition; "Harvest Song" won the "Stars Award" of the Second Hainan Provincial Arts Festival, and the third prize of the Fifth Ethnic Minority Literature and Art Show of Hainan Province; "Guests from Afar" won the third prize of the "Seven Ones" Works of Ethnic Minority Culture in Hainan Province in 2021.

At the beginning of 2019, Hong Liangqiong held the training of villagers' quality improvement and national cultural inheritance for the first time in Bohou Village, Jiyang District, in addition to the training of civilized etiquette, Li language, Li Wen, Li Jin, Li Tao, Li traditional musical instruments, Li song and dance and other course content is more refined, but at the beginning it was not welcomed by the villagers, each time the villagers came to class scattered, until the five-star hotel in the jurisdiction, scenic spots into the village recruited a group of Li traditional skills and literary and artistic performers, the villagers began to realize the "value" of the training. They all want to join the training team.

In the eyes of many people, she has a craftsman's strength, persistence, hard work, and calmness. Talking about the vision of the future, there is still light in the eyes, "I am not a craftsman, but there are many outstanding 'craftsmen' in the traditional culture of the Li people, you say that they are customs or skills, culture and art, but in the final analysis, they are actually life itself." Like the folk sounds and nostalgia that we can't give up, like the songs, dances, and musical instruments that are popular in the folk... Close to them, a passion will well rise in my heart. ”
In the "Intangible Cultural Heritage" project recorded by Hong Liangqiong and the team, there are the quiet and gentle nose sounds that are gradually fading away, the ancient clay pottery with silent colors, and the moving charm of the unknown traditional culture.
"I will try to do a good job in this matter and carry forward the traditional culture of the Li people, and I regard it as my responsibility."
