French luxury brand Louis Vuitton has released the Tambour Horizon Light Up smartwatch, which is the third generation of the series in the past 5 years. The Tambour Horizon Light Up is equipped with a 1.2-inch round AMOLED screen, covered in sapphire glass, and features a translucent Monogram ring dial around the screen, with 24 LED lights at the bottom that illuminate when notified.

LV chose Qualcomm's top-of-the-line Snapdragon Wear 4100 processor for Tambour Horizon Light Up, with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of storage, but did not use Google's Wear OS system, and OnePlus and Motorola used their own systems. The arrangement prevents Tambour Horizon Light Up users from downloading the program on the Google Play Store and does not support Google Pay, but LV makes it support Alipay, China's largest payment platform.

Other features include alarm clocks, stopwatches, incoming call notifications, email and message alerts, heart rate monitoring, pedometer, air quality, weather forecasts and travel itineraries, as well as LV's well-known city guide. Tambour Horizon Light Up is already available on LV's website and is available in multiple markets around the world, with prices ranging from US$3,300 to US$3,600 (approximately HK$25,730 to HK$28,070).
