"His inkblots have been passed down through the generations, and many of his Fa Ti, Ruler Mu, and inscriptions have carved stones, the most famous of which are "Quasi-Mountain Garden Thesis" and "LanghuaGuan Ti". His calligraphy is popular in Japan, South Korea, Singapore and other countries. The Japanese people greatly appreciated Wang Duo's calligraphy, and thus evolved into a school, called "Ming and Qing tones". His "Quasi-Mountain Garden" was introduced to Japan and was a sensation. They listed Wang Duo as a first-class calligrapher. The idea that "the later king (Wang Duo) won the first king (Wang Xizhi)" was put forward.
