A U.S. federal labor agency reportedly said Tuesday that Amazon's warehouse in Bethemer, Alabama, will face another high-risk union vote in early February. If Amazon Warehouse votes to join unions, it risks weakening the company's control over employees, making it difficult to continue to set the pace of work and hourly wages. Last November, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) ordered a new vote at the Bethemer warehouse after discovering that Amazon had improperly interfered in the first union vote held at the company last year.
