There are 481 million motor vehicle drivers, of which 444 million are car drivers. There were 36.74 million newly registered motor vehicles, an increase of 10.38% year-on-year. The number of new energy vehicles reached 7.84 million. The ratio of male to female drivers is 1.97:1. The number of cars in 79 cities across the country exceeded 1 million.
