1. New energy vehicles refer to cars that hang the green brand of new energy vehicles in accordance with the relevant regulations of the public security department (new energy vehicles with ordinary number plates do not enjoy this policy for the time being).
Second, the public parking lot and parking service fees of the new energy vehicles implemented by the government pricing management in Chengyang District shall be implemented according to the following standards:
1. Daily from 0:00 to 24:00: The first parking fee for the first time in the same public parking lot or in the same paid parking space on the same road that is subject to government pricing management (excluding residential parking lots) is waived. Among them, if there is no time-counting facility in public parking lots or road parking spaces that implement metered charges, the first parking fee (not more than 4 hours) shall be waived.
2. New energy vehicles that have waived the first 2-hour parking fee will no longer enjoy the 15-minute parking discount for free parking during that period.
3. If the new energy vehicle exceeds the free parking time limit, after deducting the free time limit, it shall be charged according to the government pricing fees for the public parking lots and road parking spaces where they are located, and the specific charging standards shall be implemented in accordance with the "Notice of the Price Bureau of Qingdao Chengyang District, the Urban Management Bureau of Qingdao Chengyang District, and the Chengyang Branch of the Qingdao Municipal Public Security Bureau on issues related to the implementation of government pricing management in some areas of Chengyang District" (Qingcheng Price Zi [2017] No. 14).
Fourth, encourage other parking lots that implement market-regulated prices to reduce or waive parking service charges for new energy vehicles.
