This old photograph was taken in May 1997, nearly 25 years ago. At that time, Comrade Chai Hongde and I jointly established the Zibo Agricultural Development Bank, cooperated and worked together for many years, helped each other, supported each other, coordinated and cooperated, and had a very tacit understanding, and made due contributions to the establishment and development of the Zibo Agricultural Development Bank and achieved remarkable results. The work of the Zibo Municipal Agricultural Development Bank ranks among the best in the province's agricultural development bank system.

After I retired in 2002, I have been retiring in my hometown of Heze. At that time, there was only one idea: health and fitness, less illness, and peace and stability for the rest of his life. For literature, it is not that I don't love it, but that I don't want to write, and I don't want to write it when it takes time and effort. Fortunately, at the beginning of 2020, I was sheltering in Hainan, and President Chai was very happy after seeing a small article I wrote, "My Financial Love", he recommended this article to Shandong Financial Literature for publication, and let me join the core author group of Shandong Financial Literature, which opened a new page in my later life. After that, President Chai personally revised and published the article "My Years in Hotan" that I wrote, and said: "This is a very brilliant one!"

Under the guidance and help of President Chai, my eyes lit up and I couldn't help but walk into the big garden of literature and art. In the garden, I admired and planted flowers, and the harvest was very rich. In the past two years, I have written a total of 256 poems, published more than 10 articles on the public account of "Shandong Financial Literature", and the article "The Mother of My Dear Relatives" has been well received by literary friends. This article was read by 401,000 people in Qilu Evening News, with more than 520 comments, and won the original quality long article award. In addition, he also won 3 awards such as "Best Newcomer" of Qilu One Point Qingquan Project. "Feeling the glory of the party for fifty years" and "years like songs" both won the second prize. Literature makes me refreshed, literature makes me feel happy, literature makes me physically and mentally healthy, and literature makes me younger and younger. I often say to people: Integrate into the big family of "Shandong Financial Literature", so that the retirement life in the old age has a taste, every day there are thoughts, hopes, interest, warmth and happiness.

Although I did not go to Liaocheng and Jinan to attend the meeting, all the agendas and moving scenes of the "two sessions" were vividly remembered, familiar to me, such as several family treasures, and my heart was pasted with the literary friends.

I deeply realize that "Shandong Financial Literature" is our warm and harmonious literary homeland. Director Jia Shangeng said it well: "In our careers, we have struggled and worked hard, and we may not have reached the heights we expected, but we admit that we are a kind and affectionate group of people. We love the party, the country, the family, cherish the friendship between friends, and we write this noble and simplest love on the earth and the blue sky, in the long memories and between the grass and the flowers and birds, including our daily trivial life. A career is just a phase, and our hobbies will last a lifetime. After leaving work, the sun gradually sets in the west, the night slowly grows longer, and he has a kind heart and a group of friends who also love purity. Dog meat friends are far away, the power villains are hiding, the professional exchanges are over, recreating a new life ecology, reorganizing our social relations with hobbies, just like the reincarnation of the four seasons, autumn should have the appearance of autumn, just like the autumn leaves return to the earth, the distant wanderers return to their hometown, kind and unrestrained. What is literature? In the end, for most people, the biggest role is to bring us the joy of the soul, there is a place where we can speak on our own, even if it affects others, it is completely a ray of sunshine, it will not pollute the world, and it will purify the ecology. It has little to do with wealth. But the passionate years of the past ten years will always be a pearl in the life journey of our literature lovers, connecting our friendship and flashing in the sunset of the future..."

The spring of 2022 is coming, and the spring of Shandong Financial Literature is coming. We greet spring with love and diligence. In the spring and autumn, our literary and artistic garden will surely blossom and bear fruit. Just as Comrade Chai Hongde said: "This is a spring that sows the light of financial literature, a spring that cultivates cloth and plants drizzle and moisturizes, and a spring that prays for the harvest of financial literature."
