On the afternoon of January 7th, the "Tin Opera Art Fine Folding Drama Welcome Special Session" was brilliantly staged at the newly renovated Tin Opera Museum. The classic tin opera repertoire "Picking Pomegranates", "Pearl Tower Gift Tower", and "Changsheng Hall Restaurant" took turns to appear, allowing the audience to immerse themselves in it and experience the charm of tin opera.
According to reports, the Tin Opera Museum was completed and opened in December 2006, and is the only tin opera theme museum in China. In order to meet the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the public, in recent years, the Tin Opera Museum has carried out overall transformation and upgrading, and hung the "Tin Opera Art Center" sign, which integrates normal exhibitions, interactive experiences, cultural and creative life, exhibition displays, leisure consumption and other formats. The museum displays the memorabilia of the development of tin opera, including the tin opera record "Pearl Tower" recorded by Wang Binbin and Mr. Mei Lanzhen, which won the National Golden Disc Award, the inscription after Mr. Ye Shengtao watched the performance of tin opera, the manuscript of Mr. Wang Jiada, an old tin opera artist, the precious footage of some party and state leaders who cared about the art of tin opera, etc., and also included the tin opera theme paintings created by the painters of the Wuxi Calligraphy and Painting Institute.
The Cultural and Creative Life Hall on the first floor of the art center combines traditional culture and fashion trends, creates a warm and comfortable space, displays and sells cultural and creative products, and regularly holds tin opera teaching activities, so that the traditional tin opera art can be displayed in front of people in a younger and more fashionable posture. The small theater on the second floor has a small stage of nearly 100 square meters, with a new background LED screen of 40 square meters, and the lighting and sound are fully upgraded. The audience area is equipped with a large hall and three small boxes upstairs, which can accommodate 100 people to watch the performance at the same time.
Next, the Tin Opera Art Center (Tin Opera Museum) will hold regular performances for citizens and tourists every week, and regularly carry out activities such as tin opera mentoring and apprenticeship, art salon, drama experience and photo shooting, so that the public can appreciate the intangible cultural heritage, get close to tin opera, become a window for the public and tourists to understand the development of tin opera art, feel the charm of tin opera art, and carry forward the beautiful business card of tin opera art, and make positive contributions to enriching the cultural life of the masses.
