The second is the "China Youth Daily" report "Chinesefood (Chinese cuisine) circle fan Z generation young people, TikTok has been played more than 1.6 billion times." The article points out: skillfully cut out thin and even potato chips, pork belly stir-fried on the bottom to create the aroma, accompanied by green and red pepper onions... With a set of cloud-like movements, a plate of home-cooked potato chips with full color and flavor is condensed in a short TikTok video of just over a dozen seconds. The video received 208,000 likes just 3 days after its release.
As a Sichuanese, as the primary creator of Douyin, I specifically talk about "Sichuan cuisine".
There are too many "Sichuan cuisine famous eats", such as boiled beef, Dan Dan noodles, Sichuan kimchi, saliva chicken, husband and wife lung slices, spicy chicken, lollipop chicken, sauerkraut fish, Zhang Fei beef, dragon copy, sad cold powder, Zhong Shui dumplings, Yibin noodles, tea bubble rice, Pixian watercress, pepper chicken, hibiscus eggs, rice candy... And so on, to name a few.

There are two explanations for the sad cold powder: one is the cold powder made when the Guangdong Hakka people from Huguang filled sichuan who lived in Luodai Town, Longquanyi District, Chengdu, missed their hometown, because they were sad because of their thoughts, so they got their name; the other is that the cold powder is too spicy, and people who eat the cold powder will be spicy tears, and everyone is in tears, and others still think that they have encountered something sad.
There are two kinds of cold powder, the main ingredient is beige cold powder made of soybeans, and there is also a white cold powder made of peas. The white cold powder has a smooth taste, and the yellow pea cold powder has more of a gentle taste. There are 13 kinds of condiments: red oil, special spicy chili oil, salt, vinegar, ginger and garlic, green onion, chicken essence and so on. A small bowl of cold powder is worth a few yuan, but the Sichuan people who have eaten it are full of praise and lingering, which makes the Sichuan people in other places miss it endlessly.
Third, Yibin burn noodles.
Yibin Burning Noodles, is the most distinctive traditional snack in Yibin City, Sichuan Province, the original name of Xufu Burning Noodles, with strong aroma, heavy oil, crispy entrance. Because of its oil weight and no water, ignition is ignited, so it is called burning noodles; because it is produced in Yibin, it is called Yibin burning noodles.
In June 2011, Yibin noodles were selected into the list of intangible cultural heritage of Sichuan Province. In October 2017, the "Yibin Burning Noodle Group Standard" was introduced, and the burning noodles embarked on the road of increasing standardization. In order to promote the inheritance of Yibin noodles, on March 31 this year, the "Yibin Noodles College" was officially inaugurated in Yibin City, Sichuan Province. The relevant person in charge of the college said: The complete name of Yibin Burning Noodle College should be "Yibin Vocational and Technical College Of Burning Noodles", which is the College of Burning Noodles under the Wuliangye Technology and Food Engineering College under Yibin Vocational and Technical College. "It is a systematic course of Learning from the yibin noodle series of local famous snacks, such as the history of Yibin noodles, skill inheritance, management and marketing, the most important of which is vocational skills training."
