After leaving Baigou Town, Zheng Zaihuan went to Yuyao, Zhejiang Province, where there were many relatives, and felt that the whole village was inhabited by his relatives, who did small business or entered the factory to work. He had previously learned to step on a sewing machine in Baigou, and was introduced by relatives to a shoe factory to step on a sewing machine to make leather shoes.

It was a modern foreign trade shoe factory, when he first went, the main sewing machine workers from Hubei stopped work because of the low wages, and even encouraged people in other places to stop work, although there was no response, but just Hubei people stopped working, the factory has been semi-paralyzed, which makes him feel the "strength of unity".
