In the history of the Song Dynasty, it is recorded that Bao Zheng "did not agree with people, did not pretend to be pleasant to people, lived in peace and selfless books, and the old people and pro-party were extinct." Cui's behavior was praised by the imperial court, and Song Zhezong ordered Su Shi to personally write an edict of commendation for her, which was passed down as a good story.
Mencius said: "No filial piety has three, no queen is greater", as a scholar, bao Zheng, who is also a traditional literati, has a very great psychological pressure at this time, and he is afraid that the Bao family will be after his generation is gone. Although Bao Zheng very much wanted to leave a descendant for himself, he could not tolerate this behavior of the Sun family by nature, so he drove the Sun family back to his mother's house. However, as a woman, Cui Shi found that Sun's body had changed a lot, very much like she was pregnant. But at this time, Bao Zheng was angry, and Cui Shi did not dare to directly tell Bao Zheng about this matter, so he secretly told Sun Shi to treat the child in his belly well.
Sure enough, not long after, Sun gave birth to a boy, and Cui secretly brought the boy home to raise him, and looked for an opportunity to tell the child to Bao Zheng. Bao Zheng is nearly sixty years old, but there is no child, at this time he is often depressed, and when he reaches his sixtieth birthday, many friends and colleagues come to congratulate him, others say that he is happy, but he himself is sad, lamenting that he does not have a son, is a filial piety.
At this time, Cui Shi knelt down on his knees and cried bitterly and told him: "You have 1 son, and they are almost 1 year old!" So he took the child born to Bao Zheng by the Sun family and brought it to Bao Zheng and told him the reason for this. Bao Zheng was very happy to hear about this, the sixtieth birthday, coupled with the old man, can be described as a double happiness at the door, greatly praised his daughter-in-law, saying that she is truly filial piety.
Later, Bread Zheng named his young son Bao Zhen, and Bao Qiu also became an official in the imperial court, inheriting his father's character of Gang Zheng Bu Ah, known as Xiao Bao Gong.
