Derek Lewis just won a KO victory last month, and his next match has been decided, he will play in the UFC 271 tournament in Houston, USA, on February 13, Beijing time, against Australian Ty Tuwasa.
Derek Lewis (26-8, 21 K, 1 S, 1 N) is 36 years old and has a height of 191cm with an arm span of 201cm. He began his professional MMA career in 2010, winning the Legacy FC Heavyweight Championship in 2012 and successfully defending the title once the following year. He began his professional MMA career in 2012, winning the AFC Heavyweight Championship in 2016 and defending the title once. He joined the UFC race with a (6-0) score in 2017 and has achieved a (7-3) result at the UFC so far. After a three-game winning streak, he was defeated by Junior dos Santos in his career first in the second set by Junior dos Santos, lost points to Blagoy Ivanov, and was demoted by Sergey Spivak in the second set. He recently won four consecutive games and ended all of them with KO, ko "skyscraper" Stefan Struve, Harry Hunsucker in the first leg, KO Greg Hardy in the first set last July, and JUST KO Augusto Sakai in the second leg in December. Tuvasa is currently ranked 11th in the UFC official rankings in heavyweight.
