The OVB0B is also the first 200-megapixel image sensor with an entire area that can be used for phase detection autofocus using QPD (Four Phase Detection) technology. In terms of video, the OVB0B has the industry's first 16-cell binning function for 4K2K video, and its sensitivity is 16 times that of its peers. In low light, 12.5 MEGApixel performance and 2.44 μm-equivalent pixel size can be achieved using a 4×4 pixel combination.

The OVB0B also supports 24 frames per second (fps) of 50-megapixel and 30fps of 8K video with 1.22 μm-equivalent performance, and the OVB0B also supports 3-reexposure HDR output at 12.5 megapixel photos at 30 frames per second. According to reports, OVB0B supports CPHY, DPHY and dual DOVDD (1.8V and 1.2V), and samples of OVB0B are now available.
