I remember watching TV dramas when I was young, the gods in the drama soared into the clouds, went to heaven and earth, and could do everything, at that time, I envied them. Even, sometimes when playing with a small partner, I will pretend that I am a certain god, and the little partner is another god, or the name of the god, to see who can overwhelm whom. After going to school, I learned the myths and stories and learned that God does not actually exist, but is only a hypothetical carrier for people to pin their feelings. But even so, I still feel that God exists, and sometimes I long to become God, as if in this way, many things can be solved.
Homer's Epic embodies the closed era, when people, starting from self-perception and ignorance of the forces of nature, produced fear, worship and awe of the forces of nature, and transformed them into gods, pinning their emotions in the image of gods and expressing their yearning for freedom. Undoubtedly, this integrates the knowledge of nature with the knowledge of oneself. Therefore, in ancient Greek mythology, people and gods are homogeneous, and it can be said that people in ancient Greek mythology are perfect people. However, there is also a difference between them--death busyness and eternity, and at the same time, God also has seven passions and six desires, they will turn their anger to the multitude, they will pass on hatred, they will envy hatred... God is eternal, and man is born, old, sick and dead. So man pursues the eternity of the soul, and there are heroes who live between mortals and gods, who chase ideals, desire to transcend, and have been on the way to ideals.

Hector and Achilles in the epic are representatives of two different personalities and two different heroes. In fact, the essence of God's protection of man is a dispute over interests, while man's supplication to God is the sustenance of the soul. Just as we worship our ancestors today, we burn incense and worship the Buddha every New Year's Festival, or at other times.
In Troy's film, the characters are vividly represented, and the ones that moved me the most were Hector and the old king Priamus.
