On January 6, GAC Toyota's compact SUV Fenglanda was officially launched. A total of five models of the new car were launched, and the market recommended guidance price was 125,800-169,800 yuan.
GAC Toyota's new compact SUV, Fenglanda, was born on the TNGA-C platform and adopts the "Urban Active" design concept of urban superiority and youthful pulsating temperament.
The new car adopts a sharp streamlined design, three-dimensional mating front and rear fenders, and aluminum alloy wheels with bright cutting treatment, and the whole vehicle presents an aggressive body posture. LED headlights and suspension LED combined taillights set off the sense of sport and power of the whole vehicle. The new car offers a total of 7 bicycle colors and 4 dual colors including glazed gold, coral red, platinum pearl white, desert gold, fluorite blue, crystal silver, and ink crystal black.
The new car has a strong consideration in terms of space. It has a length, width and height of 4485mm/1825mm/1620mm, and a wheelbase of 2640mm. At the same time, the rear head space reaches 775mm, and the rear seats can be adjusted at an angle.
In terms of storage space, the trunk has a volume of 438L and can hold four 22-inch and two 24-inch suitcases. The second row of seats supports 4/6 split reclining for daily storage needs. At the same time, the extremely low load compartment height of 720mm makes it easier to carry items.
In terms of interior, Fenglanda adopts a smart and spacious visual design with a sense of space, the steering wheel and gear lever are wrapped in delicate leather to the touch, and the three-piece multi-function steering wheel with a comfortable grip (with four-way adjustment). The high-end model is equipped with a 7-inch color TFT multi-function information display, and the core level and below version is a 4.2-inch color TFT multi-function information display.
At the same time, models above the core level are equipped with a 9-inch electronic voice navigation system, and the low-end version of the model is an 8-inch touch screen entertainment system.
In terms of active safety, Fenglanda is equipped with Toyota Safety Sense (Toyota Collision Avoidance Assist Kit), including PCS Pre-Collision Safety System (with forward pedestrian recognition), DRCC Dynamic Radar Cruise Control (with full speed domain follow-up function), LTA Lane TrackIng Assistance System and AHB automatic adjustment high beam system. In terms of power, the new car is equipped with a TNGA 2.0L Dynamic Force Engine engine, which is matched with a 10-speed Direct Shift-CVT transmission that can simulate 10 speeds. Its thermal efficiency is 40%, the compression ratio is as high as 13:1, the maximum power is 126 kW/6600 rpm, the maximum torque is 205 N·m/4600-5000 rpm, and the fuel consumption under comprehensive operating conditions (NEDC) is as low as 5.7L/100 km.
