The bidder signed the "Transfer Contract" with the Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources, and signed the "Project Performance Supervision Contract" with the town street government, promising to fulfill the control indicators such as project industry classification, volume ratio, output intensity, tax intensity, investment intensity and energy consumption index per unit output value. After paying all the land transfer fees and relevant taxes and fees in accordance with the contract, the bidder shall register the real estate, and the "certificate of real estate property rights" and the real estate register shall be noted "standard land".

"Standard" not only shortens the time and distance for enterprises to run in terms of efficiency, but also makes enterprises more objective and cautious in taking land, urging enterprises to transform and upgrade, and enterprises clearly know the planning indicators and economic and technical standards of the plot before taking land, which can "live within their means and consume moderately", and also improve the accuracy of project landing.
