But these are all written by Westerners, so I thought that there are many internationally renowned medical experts in our Chinese, and they also have a lot of experience, can I find some, summarize them, and learn from myself and my peers?
The first thing that came to my mind was Academician Shen Yu Estate, the name that was named before "Psychiatry". When I arrived at the Institute, she had been absent for a long time, but I could often hear the legend of "Dr. Shen" from my teachers, and whenever they talked about her, they were full of reverence. I was actually curious about who "Dr. Shen" was at first, but I soon found out, because they mentioned it too many times, and many clues could only be one person. Later, I learned from Teacher Yu that "the people who are older in the Institute of Fine Studies call her Dr. Shen, and only her colleagues in the outer courtyard call her Director Shen."
When I was in the Institute of Fine Research, I was in the clinical room, and the office had several books with red covers throughout the year, on which were written in gilded font "Proceedings of Professor Shen Yu Estate on the 50th Anniversary of Medical Practice". Beginning with curiosity, and with the reverence cultivated above, I have read this book more than once. Later, out of interest in the history of psychiatry, I also collected a lot of information about "Dr. Shen". 1. Pioneer the social prevention and rehabilitation model for rural mentally ill families. Together with the urban psychiatric prevention and management model centered on the street work treatment group (the "Shanghai model"), it has created a social service system for mental health with Chinese characteristics.

As the deputy editor-in-chief, he wrote the 1st edition of the ministry of health's unified textbook "Psychiatry", and as the chief editor, he wrote the 2nd-3rd edition of the ministry of Health's recommended textbook "Psychiatry". As the founding work of the "Stem Cell" textbook of "Psychiatry", some of the contents have been passed down to the present day, influencing generations of medical students and psychiatric practitioners.
4. Organize the compilation of the Soviet textbook "Psychiatry", after liberation, the first generation of psychiatric staff in our country is almost a manual book, which was a must-read book for psychiatry at that time, which profoundly affected the development of psychiatry in China (including the preparation of textbooks, hospital management models, etc.).

5. Organize and lead the first and second national epidemiological surveys of mental illness, which provide a solid scientific basis for the formulation of Mental Health Programs in China, and at the same time greatly improve the academic level of epidemiology of mental illness in China.
