XI'an, Jan. 5 (Xinhua) -- At 1 p.m. on Jan. 5, a van full of 50 boxes and 3,000 barrels of potato vermicelli stopped at the entrance of Xi'an First Hospital.

It is understood that the batch of materials was donated by the general branch of the party in Xigu Village, Shizhu Town, Yaozhou District, Tongchuan City, and the party branch of Tongchuan Youming Co., Ltd., and Yang Junle, secretary of the party committee of the First Hospital of Xi'an City, handed over and expressed his gratitude at the scene. Wei Dong, head of the trade union, said that the next step will be to distribute materials in different departments and proportions, and give priority to more than 700 front-line anti-epidemic personnel in hospitals.
