According to the Norwegian Seafood Agency, in the first eight months of 2021, Norway exported 18,079 tons of chilled whole salmon to China, exceeding the annual export volume in 2020.

Taking Hema as an example, last year, in cooperation with Jiawo and other head aquaculture and processing enterprises, the processing center was laid out nationwide, and the daily fresh salmon products were fully launched, ensuring the ultimate freshness of salmon products in the domestic circulation link.

In terms of export volume, China has become the world's third largest market for Norwegian seafood.
