The "worship preference" in the history of Shishou: Six of the "Ten Scenic Spots of the Embroidered Forest" are related to Liu Bei

The "Ten Views of Xiulin Forest" is a well-known cultural attraction in the history of Shishou in Hubei Province, six of which are related to Liu Bei and are a characteristic "worship preference".
In the thirteenth year of Jian'an (208), due to the death of Lady Liu Beigan, Zhou Yu gave Sun Quan the strategy of "entering the sister and fixing the good", pretending to match his sister Sun Shangxiang with Liu Bei, hoping to trick Liu Bei into coming to Eastern Wu and kill or coerce him to return to Jingzhou Nan County. The following year, Liu Bei went to Eastern Wu to marry Sun Shangxiang, returned to Jingzhou, and held a grand wedding, which was not at the mouth of the Public Security Youjiangkou, the place where Liu Beitun soldiers were located, but at Shishou, dozens of miles away.
Liu Bei and Sun Shangxiang took a boat up the river and were greeted by Zhuge Liang and others at Shishoupukou. In order to prevent Sun Quan from sending people to hunt down and kill, he deliberately chose an ordinary person who could not consider the place. Later generations renamed Pukou "Liu Langpu", which belongs to one of the "Ten Views of the Embroidery Forest".
The place where Liu Bei and Sun Shangxiang held their wedding was chosen in Yangqishan. Zhuge Liang ordered that Chu Aya Jingjin be transported from Jingzhou, and hung between the foot of the mountain and the top of the mountain, sun Shangxiang sincerely admired: "It is really splendid like a forest!" Later generations renamed Yangqi Mountain "Xiulin Mountain" and built "Xiulin Pavilion" on the top of the mountain. "Xiulin Mountain" and "Xiulin Pavilion" all belong to the "Ten Views of Xiulin Forest".

There is a small mountain lake called "Archway Weir" on the east side of Xiulin Mountain, Liu Beiren built a red nan wood bridge in the lake, Sun Shangxiang came to the bridge every morning, and dressed up with clear water, which was called "Zhaoying Bridge" by posterity, which belongs to one of the "Ten Views of Xiulin".
Later, Liu Beixi marched into Sichuan, and Sun Shangxiang was in love with her husband, so he built a high platform at the Xiulin Pass and looked west from afar. It is rumored that there are two footprints of women of about three inches on the high platform, which are the foot marks left by Sun Shangxiang. Later generations called this high platform "WangfuTai", which belongs to one of the "Ten Views of the Embroidery Forest".
Liu Bei and Sun Shangxiang were newly married in Xiulin Mountain, Guan Yu and Zhang Fei faithfully escorted, and the descendants specially built the temple as a memorial, named "Sanyi Temple", which belongs to one of the "Ten Views of Xiulin".
