300g of ordinary flour, 3g of yeast powder, 30g of sugar, 2g of aluminum-free baking powder, 1 egg, 30ml of cooking oil
【Preparation steps】
1, add 300 grams of ordinary flour, 3 grams of yeast powder, 30 grams of sugar in the bowl, and then add 2 grams of aluminum-free baking powder (baking powder can also be added without adding, adding will be softer, the amount of sugar can also be increased or decreased according to their own preferences), and finally beat an egg, slowly pour in 130ml of warm water and noodles.
2. After stirring the dough until there is no dry flour, add 30ml of cooking oil and knead into a dough. (Edible oil is recommended to use very light taste, such as cornmeal, soybean oil, sunflower oil, etc.)
3. Finally knead into a smooth and soft dough, cover with plastic wrap and put it in a warm place to ferment until it is 2 times larger, and the oven can be warm water.
4. The volume of the dough has become significantly larger, and it is honeycomb-shaped when pulled apart, indicating that the noodles are ready.
5. Sprinkle a little dry flour on the panel and rub the finished noodles on the panel to knead and exhaust. Knead the dough into a circle, flatten it and roll it out with a rolling pin.
6. Finally, roll out a rectangular large dough cake with a thickness of about 1cm, first cut the dough into 3 strips horizontally, and then cut it vertically into narrow strips.
7. Fold two small pieces of dough cake together, use a knife to cut a small hole from the middle, and turn one end over from the middle, so that a fruit blank is ready, and some places are also called fried flip flowers.
8. Cover with plastic wrap after all done and wake up again for 20 minutes.
9. Add oil in the pot, heat the oil until the chopsticks are put into the bubbles, one by one into the raw blank, float up after flipping and frying, frequently turn over, so that the frying is more even, and finally fried until it bulges up, the surface is golden and can be out of the pot.
