Based on the same algorithm as AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution, RSR can run any game in exclusive full-screen mode on AMD's RDNA-based architecture and newer graphics cards, and delivers a high-performance gaming experience close to native resolution, AMD said.

AMD says the upcoming AMD Software also includes a new version of the AMD Link app (AMD Link 5.0), which helps users play their PC games on the go on their phones, tablets, or Windows PCs. AMD Privacy View technology, powered by Eyeware, is a new feature expected to be available in the first half of 2022 that leverages Eyeware's advanced head and eye tracking technology to provide a higher level of privacy protection.

IT House understands that Nvidia has previously introduced a similar technology, providing a drive-based spatial scaler, known as NIS, through the NVIDIA control panel, which provides sharpening and scaling for all games without the need for game developer integration.
