My perception of "reading and writing"

Reading, I started in junior high school. When the army went south, we were in elementary school, and the PLA battalion headquarters lived in our house. There is an instructor named Luo Jun, who often teaches me the importance of reading and learning, and when I leave, he gives me a diary and leaves a message: "Reading and learning hard, there is gold in the culture" has always been my motto for reading and learning.
When I went to junior high school, the school library had a lot of books, which attracted me a lot. Stories reflecting the war of resistance against Japan, the heroes and troops of the War of Liberation, and the stubborn struggle of the underground party against the enemy, such as: Feng Deying's trilogy "Bitter Cauliflower", "Yingchun Flower", "Mountain Chrysanthemum" and other writers' "Armed Workers Behind enemy lines", "Wildfire Spring Wind Fighting Ancient City", "New Children's Heroes", "Red Flag Spectrum", "Huimin Detachment", "The Sun Shines on the Sanggan River", "Song of Youth", "Second Handshake", "Dedicate Everything to the Party"... Both The Quiet Don and the literary gorky trilogy are involved.
When I learned that "books are the ladder of human progress", I paid more attention to reading books. He felt that books were the treasure trove of human wisdom, and he became a good friend with books ever since. At that time, reading became an indispensable part of my life. Even when I was home on Saturday vacation, I still took a novel called "The Biography of the New Children's Heroes", and was attracted by the heroic deeds of niu Dashui's anti-Japanese and anti-devils in the book, reading on the country road, walking and watching, not paying much attention to the protection of the eyes, so that it later became short-sighted.
My "Reading and Writing" starts with learning the language of words. Learn the most concise language from reading other people's articles, and express the ideas and the essence of things through concise language. I often excerpt the writer's famous sayings and exquisite rhetorical methods into the reading notes, and I deeply feel that reading is very important in the student age, reading can promote writing, and I like composition classes very much. At the student level, my essays were often recommended by teachers as model essays in the class. In today's language teaching, in order to train students' ability to use language and analyze problems, there are often exercises for reading and answering questions, which should be paid special attention to by students as basic training. This is the signpost of reading and writing, and it plays an important role in improving writing ability. Now some students in the school do not love composition, the most important reason is not to love to read, not to use language and writing. As long as you insist on reading, the language is enriched, and the writing method is skilled, you will naturally have an interest and passion for writing, and the motivation for writing comes from reading.
Because I buried my head in reading, I once caused criticism from my classmates. At the meeting when the regiment branch discussed my joining, some criticized "not hearing anything out of the window and concentrating on reading textbooks." It means that a lot of extracurricular activities are spent in the library and do not care about the class collective. In 1955, I cooperated with the central movement to try to write a one-act drama "Li Yong Catches a Secret Agent", the homeroom teacher admired it after reading it and selected actors in the class to rehearse, and performed at the school commemoration of the "May Fourth" Youth Day parade, which was warmly welcomed, the principal praised me, and the students changed their views on me. Since then, several students have joined the ranks of reading.
In the early 1960s, when I was in school at Luanshi in Hebei Province, I was hired as an editor by the school journal "Laborer", responsible for the composition, proofreading, and writing work, which was a very important learning opportunity for me, and through reading the manuscripts of my classmates, I benefited greatly from language use and writing methods. At that time, it was the youth of "learning from Lei Feng's good example", through the study of the book "Lei Feng's Diary", Lei Feng and I were the same age, often compared with Lei Feng's childhood, and it was the party that opened up a new life for us. Since then, I have found the way forward for my life.
Reading and writing complement each other. When I have a certain amount of knowledge, I naturally want to practice writing. It was the student years, and Li Ru and I had the desire to try to write something and publish it. After watching the movie "Five Golden Flowers", we boldly wrote a "Trial Evaluation of the Ideological Influence", we believe that when greeting the climax of socialist construction, we should not publicize the young people's love and love, and then voted for the "Drama Newspaper", the enthusiastic editor replied: "Not suitable for this newspaper, please try to vote for "Popular Film", the result: "Thank you for your support for this journal." It now seems that the thinking at that time was somewhat naïve and a little biased: in productive labor, the love of young men and women is a normal phenomenon in social life, and it now seems beyond reproach. This is an episode of "Reading and Writing" from my student days. From this, I realized that to write something, we must start from the overall situation, keep pace with the times, and move with the trend. It is necessary to have a higher stance, stand tall to have a pattern, and stand high to see and appreciate the beautiful scenery in the distance. Some people say: "The thickness of reading determines the height of a person", which is very reasonable.
Reading also has a very important role: reading can draw spiritual strength from the protagonist of the book, and reading can make us cultivate into a moral and realmed person. Simply put, it can be said to be unconventional: so as to obtain the continuous sublimation of thoughts, feelings, positions, opinions, ways of thinking and methods. After reading Wu Yunduo's "Dedicating Everything to the Party", Ostolovsky's "How Steel is Made", and Lei Feng's "Lei Feng's Diary", I found the coordinates of my life and proposed to the party organization to join the Communist Party of China. Thus establishing a clear position for himself, which also clarified the political direction for future writing.
At present, our lives have entered the era of big data, and many people think that reading on mobile phones and computers is enough. Although digital reading is also a kind of reading, it must not replace the reading of paper books. Because paper reading makes one of our most traditional reading habits, whether in terms of attention, memory and absorption of infection, it will exceed the effect of digital reading. I think that digital reading is difficult to think quietly, often slips through, it is difficult to understand the meaning of words, it is just browsing, and there is a fundamental difference from paper reading. This is my own personal experience.
My reading is throughout my studies and life. Until now, he has retired for more than 20 years and still maintains the good habit of reading, reading some books every day: the earthquake in Tangshan has published a considerable number of reportages, such as "Personal Experience and Witness", "Rise on the Ruins", "Forty Years and Forty People", "Tangshan Earthquake Past" and Mr. Sun Shouting's "Bloodline" participating in the Sichuan earthquake relief. There are also revolutionaries of the older generation who published "Battlefields in Battle," "Agitation Under Plains," "Life That Has Gone Through Vicissitudes," and "Blood Clotted Bricks," "Essence of Literature and History" published by the Cultural and Historical Committee of the Tangshan Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, "A Brief History of the Communist Party of China" published by the China Party Building Publishing House, and articles published by literary friends and some books and periodicals published. Because I am the only labor force in the family, I am employed early after graduating from the teacher training. I did not have a full-time undergraduate education Chinese higher education, and during my time at the school, there was always a kind of "learning and then knowing enough." Most of my time, I mastered a certain amount of literary knowledge and application ability through reading, and my writing skills and methods have risen, and in the early ten years of retirement, I often appeared in yanzhao metropolis daily. Tangshan Forum" "Public Opinion Square", "Tangshan Labor Daily", "Tangshan Evening News" published commentaries, film reviews and other aspects of the manuscript. I feel that in writing memoirs, newsletters, short comments, etc., I have removed obstacles from language and writing, and my writing ability has been greatly improved, which is closely related to reading.
Later, by participating in the national provincial and municipal essay competition, I won the gold medal, the first prize, the second prize, the third prize and the excellent award many times, which greatly stimulated my interest in writing. Although I am over eighty years old, I still insist on carrying out key interview activities, and on the occasion of the 45th anniversary of the Tangshan earthquake, Tangshan Normal University set up a project "Tangshan Earthquake Rescue" to solicit essays from the society, and my "Kailuan No. 2 Middle School after the earthquake" and "Orphans After the Earthquake" were adopted. This year coincided with the 100th anniversary of the founding of the party, with unlimited enthusiasm into the celebration activities, with the times, without losing the opportunity to carry out text and audio tracking reports, has written "when I was nine years old, walked through the Liaoshen battlefield", "the first Spring Festival of New China", "the party flag always flutters in my heart", "a compulsory lesson for communist party members", "a story of a small city that highlights the national business card", "a red collector who came out of the industrial army", and more than 100 manuscripts were adopted and published by print media, micro-periodicals, and China Red Network multimedia and won the first prize. The second prize was awarded the honorary title of Outstanding Information Officer of Tangshan Retirement Management Committee.
After his retirement, he published more than 500 articles in various media and published 5 books in a collection. He was contracted by "Writers Zone", a special author of "China Red Network", an editorial board member of "Tangshan Elderly", a deputy leader of the literature group, and a responsible editor of "Grassroots Stories". In retrospect, "Writing and Reading" has also been sublimated in me, an elderly literature lover, and has received satisfactory results for me.
Look back and look to the future.
