Intel 12th Generation Core 65W and 35W desktop processors are generally available

AT CES 2022, Intel announced 22 new processors in its Alder Lake desktop product line, from the $489 Core i9-12900 to the $42 Celeron G6900, designed for mainstream desktops, all-in-ones, and other PCs.

The new processors are available in both 65W and 35W versions, with 35W being the T series, and introducing the F-series without display, which is the same as the previously exposed parameter PPT.

IT House understands that the new Alder Lake processor is designed with the same hybrid architecture design that Intel launched last year, delivering performance and efficient cores to maximize power and efficiency.

In addition to the new chip, Intel has expanded the motherboard and heatsink. On the motherboard side, three new consumer versions have been added to its 600 Series chipset: H670, B660, and H610. Compared to the previous Z690, these three new motherboards feature fewer features, offering fewer PCIe channels and USB interfaces, but still support major new features such as Wi-Fi 6E and PCIe 4.0.

Intel Laminar RH1, with RGB illumination, will be included in the i9 model;

Intel Laminar RM1 for Core i7, Core i5, and Core i3 chips;

Intel Laminar RS1: for Pentium and Celeron chips.
